How to open Outlook to a specific Contact Category view with code

Where would I go for information on how to do coding tasks like
opening Outlook to a specific view (My Contacts - Current View, by
Category - Viewing "Business" Contacts) using code from a button in
Word.

I am familiar with Access VBA, but not working between applications or
navigating in Outlook.
