How to open tasks in outlook, as I am getting error message?

I am trying to go to tasks folder in outlook. I am getting an error message.
Can anyone suggest how to solve this problem and open tasks folder?

Version of Outlook? Error message? Are you working with a pst-file? Run
scanpst.exe against it and see if it comes up with anything.
