How to "Open the PDFCreator Print Monitor" to drop and drag

I am trying to email a 2 page Newsletter using PDF, and need to "Drop and
Drag" Page 2 so they can be emailed together. Method 2 on PDFCreator Help
says to Open the PDFCreater Print Monitor - how do I do that?
