How to Order a Field within a Pivot Table?

Hi All:

Within a Pivot Table.
Right Click on a Value in a Column.
Choose Order.
My 4 Options are Greyed out:
Move to Beginning
Move Up
Move Down
Move to End

Why is this so?

I did not see this issue on a PC.
