Where can I order the cd instead of downloading SP2 - downloading eats up the
whole day. Somebody said it'd be easy yet I don't find how to. Can you help?

For what version of Office? You mean Office XP as there is no SP2 for 2003.
If you meant Windows, why are you posting to an Office group?!
