How to organize queries in the Database Window

Is there a way to store groups of queries in a folder. If I have 50 queries,
it is hard to find certain ones even if I name them as specific as possible.

There's nothing you can do in the Queries group of the database window.
What you can do is, create new groups as required, and put shortcuts to
your queries there; it's ot the same, but at least you can organize the
shortcuts.
