How to prepare Author Indexes for a book in Publisher

I have just completed writing a book using Microsoft Office Publisher. I need
guidance to prepare the Index of Authors.

Do you have Word? Word does Indexes quite well. You also can sort in Word. You
can always copy/paste into Publisher.
