How to Prevent Access 2003 from Being Overwrite ?

Hi,

I have an application where I asks the administrator to set as no delete, cut,
or over write of the application file itself. However when I launched the
application it doesn't work anymore..

By the way my Access 2003 application running in table splitter with a
application_be, application.mdb..

Could it be the possible cause ?

What does "...it doesn't work anymore..." mena? Does it no longer link to
the back-end? Is the back-end still there? What happens when you open it?

Thanks for replying.. Yes the back end is still there..
The error says something like unable to find the link

the back-end? Is the back-end still there? What happens when you open it?

Try relinking to the back end from the front end. That message suggests the

Open the database, go to Tools then Database Utilities then Linked Table
Manage and follow the directions. Make sure you select Always Prompt for
New Location...
