How to prevent an email from being forwarded or printed?

I am using Outlook 2003.

Basically, I want to be able to answer a supervisor's question. He wants to
send a message, but want to have control of the message. On this message the
recipient will not be able to print or forward.

Virtually Impossible.

You would need access to the reciepents computer and install macros to
disable the print and forward buttons when an email from Mr. X. is open.

You would also need to delete the copy and paste buttons.

You would also need to prevent screen shots from being taken.

You would need to block the installation of 3rd pary email and screen
capture programs.

You would need to prevent the user from using a camera from taking a photo
of their computer screen.

If you boss wants that kind of control I'd bet he's a lot like that pointy
haired character from the dilbert cartoons.

You can create a form and limit forwarding, replying,printing, editing of
documents.
It cant stop print screen or other 3rd party apps from getting to the
document.

The OP can also use Rights Management if they have Server 2003 that will prevent copying, forwarding and editing of the message.
