how to prevent business contact manager from trying to install ea.

I don't want BCM to install but each time I open outlood it keeps wanting to
install and asking for the install files. and I have to tell it to cancel
many times.
Suggestions?

My first guess is that some files got deleted without BCM getting
uninstalled properly.
