How to prevent Outlook from capitalizing every line in a paragraph

Windows XP Pro SP2
Office 2003 SP3

Outlook is capitalizing every first letter of every line in a paragraph,
even though it is not a new sentence. How can I prevent this?

Also, Outlook uses the wrong grammer, like "is" when it should be "are".
