how to prevent Recently Browsed display when opening Microsoft Of.

When opened, MOPM dispalys the most recently browsed pic folder by default.
How can this feature be turned off so MOPM opens without displaying pics.
When with company previous pic selection display can cause invasion of
privacy. Shortcuts also opens by default. Can this also be turned off.
Both features can be turned off for a session but open again by default when
MOPM is reopened. Have searched Help but cannot find a user option to open
MOPM with these features off. Thanks.

Hi Jozb,

Microsoft Office 2003 Picture Manager stores
data in an XML file, OISCatalog.cag, in each
user's logon profile. You can delete the
file when a user logs out, or when a user logs
in have it replaced with a generic OISCatalog.cag
that does not contain the portion of the file
enclosed in the <mrupath ... tags

The View that includes the taskpane (shortcuts)
can be switched off but it doesn't turn off
the shortcut feature.

FWIW, when posting it's helpful to list the full name
of the app at least once in the text of the message
to help you get help more quickly. :)
