How to print a MS Word 2000 file containing a book

Please, inform me on how to print two pages in vertical position of
portrait orientation on each side of an A4 sheet from a file in which I
have written my book in MS Word 2000, so whenever I fold the A4 sheet
in the middle of 297mm (the long side) to have four pages printed out.
