How to print a stencil?

How do I print a stencil in Visio. I made a stencil with shapes in Visio.
With every shape I wrote a description. How do I print a stencil with the
whole description? Until now I could only make a printscreen and paste in
Paint, but then not the whole description of each shape is shown.

Report Wizard add-on that is no longer available, which might be useful.
