How to print daily history lists

I need to be able to print the history of my daily work, which I find in the
"History/by date/my computer", I can see it and read it all, but I want to
print it off. Apparently, I need to prove what I do on a daily basis.

And just where is this "History/by date/my computer" found?

Thanks for responding Gordon. OK I go to "MY Computer" then "View" then
"Explorer Bar" then "History" the "by Date" at that point you can chose from
3 weeks ago, s weeks ago Monday, Tuesday etc . . .
