Is there any way to print the design view of a table...

meaning the list of field names, data types, and field descriptions

Other than doing a screen capture (PrtSc) and then pasting into a
graphic program and then printing??

thanks for any help.

There are a lot of third party stuff, but before trying any of that,
check out if the documenter fits your purpose

Tools | Analyze | Documenter. After selecting Tables, select all, you
might want to adjust a bit with the Options button.

Have a look at the Documenter feature:

Tools>Analyze>Documenter

You've had three suggestions so far for using the built-in documenter. If you
decide that this produces too volumnuous of reports, try Jeff Conrad's free
add-in utility:

It's apparently not ready yet for Access 2007, but my guess is that Jeff
will be releasing a revised version in the not-too-distant future.
