How to print MSODIW w/o File Save window popping up

When I use the MS Office Document Image Writer as a default printer in an
application, it brings up the "Save As" window with a default file name. Is
there any command that I can pass or parameters that I could set that would
bypas this behavior and just automaically save with the default?
