strange mark printed in msword but not visible in word

I have received a ms word file in office 2003 format. My printer is well functioned but when I print this document file I got strange marks printed (1X5) like marked in the attached image. I am using office 2007 to print the file. I have used save as to save in docx format, water mark, copy text to a new file and printed but no luck. Other pages or blank page is printing without any strange mark like this.

I am not understanding what is the problem? I am also attaching the document file as well. You can see not typed those mark or letter.
