Does your printer have duplex facility? If not print one side, then turn the
paper over to print the other side....

To add to Gordon's reply or clarify how to do it with one side printer. When
you select PRINT just check the DUPLEX PRINT box and then your printer should
print all the odd pages then you put the stack back in your tray and it will
then print all the even sides.

... but depending on the printer, it may just print on both sides
automatically, w/o needing to do the odds-flop-evens mambo.
