how to print physically requested pages without sections breaks

Hi,
Hope somebody could help me with this.
I have a Word document, which actually consists of different sections, and it has to be like this (each section has to have page numbers starting at 1, to have different formatting, etc. Generally, the document has different types of section breaks.
My problem is following: I have to send this document to others, and they do not want (don’t know) to print it with specifications "p3s2-p7s2" and so on. Does anyone have an idea how the document could be printed retaining the section, but citing the physical boundaries of pages for printing? I have to say they use different Microsoft office versions, as well.
I appreciate any help I can get on this.

If the recipients aren't supposed to edit the document, the easiest solution is
to distribute as a PDF.

If there is a chance you can predict what needs to be printed, such as
particular (whole) sections, a macro might be a way to simplify the task.

However, since the recipients are supposed to edit the documents, they
really need to learn at least the basics about sections...
