How to print Selected Name

I have a Excel file of my customers, Name and address almost 50. weekly I
have to print letter to send few of them one by one (selected only) I want to
add check box with every Name. Excel print only those Name which I selected.

Here is a way to add check marks

This works by double-clicking in a cell, and toggles the check-mark.

This is worksheet event code, which means that it needs to be
placed in the appropriate worksheet code module, not a standard
code module. To do this, right-click on the sheet tab, select
the View Code option from the menu, and paste the code in.

How i add Check Box with every Address line? if i add through Control Box
then how it will work or how i put check mark?.
