How to print the Page Break view as it appears?

How do you print the page break view as it appears on the screen with the
"Page #" overlay? The page # disappears when you print or print preview.

You can do a screen capture (Alt-PrtScrn). Then paste into any program with
some picture editing capability (like Excel) to crop from the image toolbars
and stuff you don't want.
