I am wondering how it is possible to publish an InfoPath Form (.xsn) to
Sharepoint without using the built in Publishing Wizard?

In theory I would say that it is certainly possible to programmatically
create a "document library" with a "document template" of your choosing, be
it a XSN or whatever type. I would suggest looking at the Windows SharePoint
Services 2003 SDK Help @
