How to publish Assignments

I create Assignment by the ProjectAssignmentsCreate method and when I am
trying to get by the AssignmentsGet method it always show me

The ProjectAssignmentCreate method creates a task assignment in the project
schedule. The AssignmentGet method get assignments that have been
colaborated by the Project Manager of the schedule. (Collaborate/Publish/New
and Changed Assignments in Project Pro.). By doing the publish new and
changed assignments this will make the assignmetns appear on the reosurces
timesheet.

There is no PDS method for the Publish new and changed assignments. This is
a function of Project Pro only.
