how to publish webpages to windows server 2000

I am tring to setup my windows server 2000 to host my website, but dont know
how to do it. Frontpage ask for an http// address, do I just make a folder as
what my domain is, and send it there?

Suggest that you post to the Windows server newsgroup since you will need to know how to secure your
server as well.
