How to put Date from Table on reports

I have a table which holds the date that all tables were updated. It should
only have one record in it but if it has more than one, the latest date should
be used. What is the easiest way to put that date, using a text box, on forms
and reports?

The table is called Updatetbl and the field is called MainDataUpdate.
