how to put telephone book list in alphabetical order?

I am using a template from MS office online called telephone and address book
and i am not sure how to put the entres in alphabetical

address book in MS office i tried to use the sort feature but that does not
seem to work. Here is the link to the address book template i am using if
you could help me this would be soo wonderful my mom and i have been playing
with it all weekend.

I meant specifically which program within Office. It appears to be a Word
template. You'd almost need to sort your data in something like Excel and do
a mail merge into that template. Otherwise, start singing the Alphabet Song
to yourself - you may need a reminder. ;-)
