I am using a template from MS office online called telephone and address book
and i am not sure how to put the entres in alphabetical

template. You'd almost need to sort your data in something like Excel and do
a mail merge into that template. Otherwise, start singing the Alphabet Song
to yourself - you may need a reminder. ;-)
