By executing a SQL statement. Using DAO ...
CurrentDb.Execute YourSQLStatementHere
.... or using ADO ...
CurrentProject.Connection.Execute YourSQLStatementHere
What goes in 'YourSQLStatementHere' depends on information that is not
available to me, such as whether you are adding a new record or updating an
existing one.
BTW: It is generally best to record date of birth rather than age. Date of
birth doesn't change, age does. Given a person's date of birth, you can
calculate their current age whenever needed.

a useable e-mail address at the URL above.
