i have a table named - studentsinfo
stuname, city, college, course,1styear,2ndyear,
3rdyear,expenditure-1,expenditure-2, expenditure -3 ....
xyz, xyzcity, zyxcollege, BA, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2000,2000,2000
now i would like to display on reports by year - 2009
i have nearly 1000 records..starting from 2005 year..
i got the problem in extraction of year and expenditure by their year
of study..
i would like my report like this..
academic year - expenditure amount
2009 2010 Exp-1, exp 2
i ii 2000, 2000
i want to display the records only 2009 records how please tell me..
each year i have to update their records by adding their year of
study and expenditure .. any suggestions plz...
