How To Quickly Switch From Office Programs

Hello to all -

I know there is a way to quickly switch to different Microsoft Office
programs
but I don't know how. There's a little box that appears with the
MS Office Icons that you can switch from when working in
multiple programs within the suite. What is that command?

Im running XP Pro on a Dell Inspiron notebook.

Are you thinking of the Alt-Tab, which lets you quickly switch among any
open applications, not just Office?

There was a app called 'binder' that allowed you to do just that - it was
dropped in Office XP because, "usage studies...revealed that Binder was not
heavily used."

are you aware that you can drag and drop between office apps?
