How to re-enable printing with office imaging after update from we

T

Tim

I updated with office updates from the web. Since then, I can not print
files using microsoft imaging (.MDI files). When printing a file, Office
imaging no longer shows up as a "printer" (as does fax, my printers, etc...)
I find that a usefull format and want to re-enable it, but how is this done?

I run windows XP and office 2003.
Just updated office last week.

Hi Tim,

From Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control
panel select your Microsoft Office 2003 choice
and see if the MS Office Document Imaging Printer
is listed as 'Run from my computer'. If so, you
may want to also run a repair/reinstall from that
location of MS Office 2003.
