HOW TO REACTIVE MICROSOFT PROGRAMS?

B

bakaonna

I have already activated my microsoft program. I entered the numbers from the
back of the cd case i have received from my recently bought Laptop. The word
perfect does not work because a window showed up on the screen telling me
that i needed to convert to the full product. But i had already done that.
What is the problem? Does the number not work a second time? Do i need to get
another set of numbers?

Hi.

You've mistakenly posted your question in the Microsoft Access (the database
application that's part of MS Office Professional) newsgroup. Please post
your question in a more appropriate newsgroup.

and "word perfect" (if that is indeed what the original poster meant to
type), isn't a microsoft product anyway....

Hi, George.

I think the original poster was referring to the trial version of Word 2003
that is installed on many new computers these days. The original poster
activated the trial version of Word 2003 before first use, but now that the
trial version has expired, that activation code (those numbers on the back of
the CD case) is no longer any good. The original poster needs to get a new
activation code for the full product.
