How to read Arabic text-file into Rich Text Box (Microsoft or Lebans)?

(a) I made the PC (XP) keyboard Arabic capable, and typed some Arabic
characters into a Notepad file, and saved it as a .TXT file using Unicode
encoding.
(b) How can I get the same Arabic characters visible in a (Microsoft or
Leabans) Rich Text Box on a MS Access form, by reading the .TXT file through
the VBA code? So far I could get only odd latin characters to be visible.
