Search Newsgroups using Google "Usenet Advanced Search",

Hopefully you know what you used for your name or you email
back then. I find it a lot more friendly and useful to use my
name in newsgroups as do almost all other regulars here.
So even if I had to change my email address, I could still find
my postings by my name at least in the Excel newsgroups.
I usually search on email address because that is what makes
searches unique to a person.
