How to recall a message sent in Outlook Pro 2003 using a POP3 acco

Is there a way to recall sent messages in Outlook Pro 2003 using a POP3
account. According to the help menu I can't. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.

According to the help menu that is correct. Now if you had Exchange installed then it could be a possibility
