I have standard file naming (which adds prefix "YYYYMMDD-CategoryCode" to incoming subject line and YYYYMMDD date is the date of that email). Upon opening that email I want to be prompted with a forwarding email with the subject line revised and filled in so that I can add a message if needed and have it forwarded to a fixed email address.
Can anyone offer suggestions on how I can do this?
An alternative may be to save message as a file to a fixed location. Although attachments would have to be saved as separate files and be renamed by the same naming convention.
