How to receive reply message when receiver opens the email?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to receive reply message
automatically when the receiver opens the email I sent? How to set this
option in Outlook Express? so whenever I send email to someone, they will
send me back a received message by opening the email.

Usually you request a read receipt; however, the recipient may decline
to allow it.

For details on how to achieve this with Outlook Express, you best ask in
an Outlook Express group such as microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general

This newsgroups discusses Outlook, not Outlook EXPRESS.

Hit F1 while in Outlook Express and search on "read receipt".
