How to recover deleted address from address book on MS outlook 2007, which
was configured with ms exchange 2003

Presumably you mean a Contact that was deleted from Contacts? (All the
Addressbook is is a view of Contacts).
Was this a local Contacts folder or was this a contacts folder on the
server?
