how to recover deleted form

Hi,
Does anybody know the way to recover accidentaly deleted
form from MS Access Forms window. I saw the names of the
objects in deleted form when I listed "adp" file into
hexadecimal window. So, form is still in adp file, but I
can not reach it.

The easiest and cheapest way is to import it from another copy of the file.
There are some data recovery folks who may be able to get it back for you,
for a fee.
