how to recover e mails deleted from the deleted e mail folder ?

i am looking to recover a deleted e mail that has been totally removed from
outlook and from the deleted e mails folder is there anyway that this can be
done

Not unless the mail was in an Exchange mailbox or you have a backup of the
..pst file it was in.
