How to recover old e-mail from HD of crashed PC?

My old PC crash but I still have the hard drive.
I did not export any of the emails but would like the In and Sent Mssgs
material,
why do I find it on the old hard drive?

Without knowing what type of server, I'd suggest looking for .pst files.
They may be in a hidden or system folder, so make sure you tell whatever
application you use to search the hard drive to look everywhere.

Presumably you've connected the hd by some means & the files are visible?

You will have to take ownership - see win help
Copy the pst file(s) to eg your Documents folder
Within Outlook, open the data file
