How to redirect mail to an outside organization (Outlook 2003)

I want to redirect all my incoming mail to an outside organisation. Outlook
2003 implies you can do this, but carries a warning about doing so. However,
after setting up the rule to perform the action, the messages which arrive
are immediately sent out again to the outside organisation, but they never
arrive. Have I missed something?
