how to reindex address book

HAD TO REINSTALL OFFICE. THE GROUPS IN ADDRESS BOOK SHOW IN THE MAIN PAGE
PERSONAL FOLDERS BUT NOT IN THE EMAIL "TO AND CC" FOR ADDRESSING EMAIL. HOW
DO I GET THIS FEATURE BACK?

Sorry about caps. My eyes are not so good and caps are easy to read.
The psot did not answer the question. The product is office 2000 and I did
not find under tools the info stated.
