How to remove a custom toolbar from Excel 2007?

A VBA macro created a custom toolbar in Excel 2007.
I explored the new interface, but I couldn't find the toolbar listed
anywhere, and I didn't find any remove toolbar button.

Right-click the toolbar and select Delete.
