How to remove duplicates?

In my column of 63000 entries their are some duplicates. Is their a simple
way of removing them? Thank you.

Data>Filter>Advanced Filter.

Unique records only and copy to another location.

Delete original column.

You could copy the uniques to another worksheet if you start from that
worksheet.
