How to remove obsolete projects from project list in Category?

Hi, I am using PS2007+PWA.

When I delete a project with Admin authority, the project then will
disappear from PWA_Project center. However, I is still listed in the Project
list when I managed "Categories". It seems all projects from Project Server
creation are all listed. How can I remove such obsolete projects from that
Categories_Project List?
