How to remove or move the default Junk e-mail folder

Can anybody please tell me how to resolve the following problem. Somehow,
I've moved the default Junk e-mail folder lower down the navigation pane of
the Personal Folders List and into the email folder list where its swallowing
all of my incoming emails as junk. I've tried all sorts of things to try to
move it back to where it belongs, but always the message appears stating that
it cannot be removed nor moved because it's a default folder. How can I
resolve this issue?

I'm a 76 years old computer newbie. I'd therefore be grateful if you'd
please use simple non-technical language.

If you are looking at the Folder List in Tree View the Junk Mail folder does
reside towards the lower part of the view, where on the list does your
reside?
By default;
Personal Folders (expanded)
Drafts
Inbox
Junk Mail
Sent Items
Search Folders
