How to remove the empty directory C:\Program Files\microsoft frontpage\version3.

How can I remove this empty directory:

C:\Program Files\microsoft frontpage\version3.0\bin ?

W2K always says, Cannot delete ..., there has been a
sharing violation. The source or destination file may be
in use.

I hate this message!
