How to remove this?

In Word XP:
After removing Winfax Pro I have in File dropdown/up menu word WinFax...
and in Tools menu I still have
word WinFax Mail Merge...
How to remove this two words?

Close Word. Find and rename Normal.dot. Reopen Word and report back if the
references to WinFax remain.
