I have a bar chart generated from a pivot table. The table columns represent wind direction, and the rows represent wind speeds. Data in the table are counts of wind observations of a particular speed from a particular direction. The chart's Y axis represents wind direction, and the bars are stacked, showing wind speed. X axis is observations counts. I have figured out how to rename the labels on the chart legend so that they say "0-10 mph," "10-20 mph," etc. However, the labels on the Y axis just say 1, 2, 3, etc. I want them to say "N", "NE," "E," and so on, but I haven't been able to figure out how to make it so. These wind direction strings are the column headings in the pivot table - Is there any way to have the chart automatically use those column headings instead of the arbitrary 1, 2, ... to label the bars on the Y axis?

Thanks!
